What is iOrder and how it works?

Enter Primary Information

Basic information (including goods information, price list, customers, warehouses, inventory, etc.) transfer to iOrder by uploading an excel file or from accounting software automatically.

Define Picture of Goods

Manage product images in a batch through a zipped file or enter the site one by one. You may define one or more images for each item or product.

Categorise Goods and Create Catalogue

Assign items to float categories (Labels) and create your desired catalogue (like stagnant items, best-selling goods, etc.).

Initial Routing

Assign transferred customers of excel forms to defined visit routes in seconds. It is worth mentioning that visit routes can be assigned to multiple visitors.

Assign Warehouse and Goods

You can define and assign a specific group of items to one or more groups of visitors, such that each group will be shown to its related visitor’s group. Also, you are able to define and assign a warehouse to a specific visitor(s) and the inventory will be shown to them only.

Create Zones

Divide visit zones simply by clicking on the map and creating regions. You can define zones and sub-zones, too.

Visitor Login and Receiving Information

Visitors log in using their username and password; in the meantime, they update and refresh the information. While updating, the internet connection must be connected and after that, visitors will be able to do their visits even if the internet is not available. By the way, the software has another useful option: automatic updates without involving users!

Receive Order

Customer price, item inventory, multi-unit ordering ability, and filtering goods by categorising brands or labels are the most useful options on the ordering page. Managers can activate/deactivate customers’ on-location ordering options for visitors.

Online Inventory

By using this module, visitors will be able to check online inventory which is defined by managers, to decide more precisely with customers.

Record Precise Locations of Customers

Visitors are able to recognise and record the precise location of customers in their visit tour by using GPS. This is an option of software which can become mandatory with the permission of managers. Authenticating this type of data will be defined by managerial reports or by confirmation of supervisors.

Register Form

Created forms in the managerial panel are filled out by visitors. Some or all questions can be marked as mandatory by managers for visitors to fill them out surely.

Manage Orders

After sending every order to the managerial panel, the sales supervisor will confirm and finalise the orders which means sending orders to the accounting system.

Confirming New Customers

The new customers who are registered during the visit period can be verified by managers. In this regard, managers can authenticate registered information by using GPS, location, check if the customer is repeated or not, and such these types of data.

Monitor visitor performance

Check the delay in starting the work, haste in finishing the work, total useful time, average visit time, etc. in the visitor activity report. It is also recorded the voice of visits available (they will be recorded automatically and on-location) for next-time uses, for example verifying visitors’ words, methods of presentation, etc.

Visit Programme Accomplishment Report

View the accomplishment rate of the programme assigned to the visitor in a tabular form and on the map. This report can be limited based on role (visitor, supervisor, etc.) and time frame.

Visitor movement report

The visitor's movement path is carefully recorded from the starting point to the end of the working day. You can see the points of order registration, entry/exit, visit report registration and the distance of all these items to the actual location of the customer in this report.
